Projects / Bistro Bryggeriet

Our ongoing collaboration with Octapharma led to a most enjoyable project earlier this year. With over 600 staff and around the clock production facilities, Octapharma wanted to create a space for employees to relax, eat or have a morning coffee. Bistro Bryggeriet is an in-house modern restaurant situated on the top floor of an old brewery and serves as a meeting place for staff and daily visits from clients.

As an extension to Bistro Bryggeriet, Bar Bryggeriet holds special bar nights for the staff whilst Hemmabryggeriet is a service offered by Octapharma to staff where high quality ready meals and baked goods can be bought for those not wanting to cook after a long shift.

The interior was created by White Architects, and together with them we set on a mission to design a fresh, modern identity with graphic cues from the building’s former existence as a brewery. The logotype is influenced by the wooden beams that can be seen throughout the space which can also be seen throughout the rest of the identity. Elegant leather menu holders and staff apronsare a nod to the way things were back when this building stood in all its former glory as one of Stockholms largest breweries.
